No Installation

Neither the presenter nor the attendee needs any kind of software installation. All you need is Flash Player which is available in all Internet Browsers.

Presenter's Audio/Video

authorLIVE gives you an advantage as a presenter to deliver audio and/or video in the event through VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) technology. You can enjoy the features like two-way (full-duplex) communication and adjust video bit rate settings specific to your connection.

Hand Raising

Hand Raising is one of the unique features that make authorLIVE very powerful. The attendee can virtually raise a hand and send his question to the presenter without disturbing the other attendees. After the attendee clicks the Hand Raise button, the presenter has the option to accept or not to accept the request. The presenter can transfer control to the attendee and take it back whenever he wants to.

Pre-Loading PowerPoint

With authorLIVE, you can use the pen (writing) tool to write on top of your PowerPoint^TM presentation, calling attention to important points on a slide or initiating a discussion about an issue.

Whiteboard

Whiteboard provides you with the ability to write on a virtual board containing multiple pages. The presenter can create new pages and can also come back to the pages that he has already worked on. This feature is furnished with basic tools: straight line, circle, fill-circle, rectangle, fill-rectangle, free-hand tool, graph, text tool and eraser.

Text Chat

You can instant message the attendees and the presenter with authorLIVE's text chat features.

Control Transfer

The presenter can transfer control of the event to any attendee and can take it back at anytime. Presenter also has the option to have a two way full-duplex audio communication with the attendee.

Event Recording

At the end of the event, everything will be recorded as it happened. The saved recording can be viewed in any web browser that has Flash Player installed.
